"I have been a designer for a number of years and until now I have never found a company so willing to go out of there way to help. I have been hosting for about 2 years with another company and was really getting tired of pad answers to my problems that where obviously cut and paste out of some manual. Needless to say they caused me an amazing amount of stress. Finally, after they “lost” all of my account information and hade no way to restore it, I decided that it was time to shop for a new host. It was important to me that I find a company that actually was running there own servers, was running both UNIX and Windows, and preferably ran the h-sphere control panel. "I just have to tell you that I am rolling on the floor with Glee. I mentioned in a "trouble" ticket yesterday that you guys have been great -- even if it was only on the first issue. I have to say, I had been struggling with my previous hosting company... they were a joke. It now seems they did everything in their power to block me from getting things to work! Within 36 hours of hosting with you guys, I've now got a secure server up and running the way I had intended 6 months ago. I'm ashamed it has taken me that long but I think each time they gave me a hard time, I got distracted with other stuff. Had they just gotten things done, I would have been up and running a *long* time ago.
